Celebration Cakes

All our vegan ice cream cakes are handmade in our parlour using our own vegan homemade ice cream. These cakes are perfect for any celebration or as a special treat for any day of the week!  If you would like to place an order please contact us via email or on our social media pages to check our availability.

Delivery  

Currently our cakes are only available for local delivery/collection here in Nottingham. The cakes are packaged in 100% recyclable freezer friendly cake boxes. For delivery purposes the cake will be kept frozen in transit to prevent the ice cream cake from defrosting. If you do wish to collect your cake please ensure you are able to keep it frozen on your journey home.  

Storing your cake 

Ice cream cakes must be kept in the freezer at –18°C. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and allow the cake to sit for no longer than it specifies in the description for each individual cake. To cut the cake use a sharp knife.  Fill a jug with hot water to heat the knife and dry before slicing. Place the cake back in the freezer to prevent it from melting. The cake will keep at its best in the freezer for 7/10 days.

The Screaming Carrot:  If you love the flavours of a traditional carrot cake we are sure you will love this one! Made with a soft ginger and digestive biscuit base, two layers of our homemade vegan carrot cake ice cream, a layer of crushed ginger and digestive biscuit crumb mixed with our homemade ginger infused caramel sauce, covered in a sweet aquafaba whipped cream with either walnuts or a fondant carrot for decoration.
